Who can join the Loyalty Program?
The Loyalty Program is free to join and open to everyone. Simply create an account and you’ll be automatically enrolled.
How do I earn product credit?
Earn $15 in product credit for every $200 spent on eligible purchases.
What is the birthday reward?
Get a surprise reward during your birthday month. Be sure to enter your birthday during account setup to ensure we can celebrate you.
Do subscription orders qualify for product credit?
Yes. Both new and recurring subscription orders count toward your $200 threshold to unlock $15 in product credit.
How do I view my rewards?
You can check your available rewards in your Account Dashboard or by clicking the “Account” icon and viewing your Wallet Balance.
How do I redeem my rewards?
At checkout, your available product credit will be displayed. Simply apply it to your order during payment.
Can I use my rewards and a promo code together?
Yes, you can apply both product credit and a valid promo code to the same order.
What happens if I return an item I used product credit on?
If you return an item purchased with product credit, we’ll refund the product credit first.
Does returning an item impact my progress toward earning product credit?
Yes, any refunded amount from a returned item will be deducted from your $200 threshold, potentially delaying your next product credit reward.
Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can earn?
No, there is no limit. You can keep earning product credit as long as you keep shopping.
Does my product credit expire?
Yes, product credit expires 12 months after it’s earned. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the expiration period.
What currency are my loyalty rewards reflected in?
Product credit is shown in the currency of the site you’re shopping on. For example:. Credit earned in one currency cannot be used on the other site.
Can I earn product credit in both countries (US and Canada)?
Yes. You can earn credit on both sites, but product credit is not transferrable between the US and Canadian sites.
