My product was damaged in transit.

We're sorry to hear that. Please submit a support ticket HERE to contact our Customer Support team, and we'll assist you with a refund or replacement.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 60 days of delivery for US and Canadian orders. This exclues items marked Final Sale. You may start a return HERE. We do not currently offer exchanges.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return:. You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label. Don’t forget to keep your return tracking number for reference. We do not currently offer exchanges.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our Support Team for guidance.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed once your return is scanned in by the carrier. After this, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your banking institution.

What if I used product credit?

Any product credit applied to your order will be refunded to your account first. The remainder will be applied to the other original payment method.
